Shipping & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Fedex and USPS shipping on most orders $99.00 or over is free of charge to customers within the continental U.S.
  • Any express shipping will be paid in full by the customer.
  • Shipments are only delivered on business days.
  • Fedex does not ship to P.O. boxes. Please use your physical address.
  • If located in Alaska or Hawaii, please choose the Fedex shipping option for least expensive shipping method.
  • Some oversized items will not be included in our “free shipping” policy. See Oversize Items section for details.

Oversize Items

  • Surfboards, surfboard bags and snowboards are considered oversized items and are not included under the “free shipping” or “flat rate” shipping option.
  • Surfboard shipping costs vary greatly depending on location and size of board.
  • Continental U.S.: Shipping costs range from $75 up. You may be contacted with a cost higher than assessed upon checkout.

Surfboard Bags

  • Continental U.S.: Shipping cost will automatically be included upon checkout.
  • International/overseas: Shipping costs vary greatly depending on location and size of bag. Although a shipping charge may be added upon checkout, we may email you with a more accurate cost. We will not ship until you confirm the cost.

Snowboards

  • Continental U.S.: Snowboards are considered an oversized item.

 

Order Processing

  • Please allow one business day from time of placing your order for processing.
  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Liquidboardshop.com and a separate email from Fed-ex or USPS with your tracking number within 24 hours.
  • Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally we do run out. In this case, you will be notified within 1-2 business days of placing your order. In most cases we can have the item to you in an additional 7-10 business days.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Most Sale Store products may be exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date. All returned items must be accompanied by original retail tags and a receipt in order to be considered for a refund.
  • Sale or Clearance products may be exchanged only when defective and within 14 days of your product's shipping date.
  • Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • After 30 days (14 days for sale products), please contact the manufacturer directly concerning warranty items. If you need help contacting a manufacturer, call or email us and we can provide contact information, but will not be responsible to accept returns or honor manufacturers’ warranties.
  • Exchanges may be sent by any US carrier Returns/Exchanges must be sent FREIGHT PREPAID. We do not accept COD’s, do not send call tags or accept 3rd party billing. We will refuse all packages sent under these conditions. If it is our error that is the cause for your return, we will reimburse your shipping costs for ground/standard shipping only. (This does not include packaging, preparing or mailroom costs.) We will not reimburse for expedited shipping i.e. Overnight, 2nd Day etc.
  • If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit rather than a replacement. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 7-10 days after we receive the product you are returning.
  • Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.

 

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, your claim needs to be handled through the shipping company. Contact us if you need information to help make claims.

 

Security

  • All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 256-bit SSL encryption. You can see at which point the shopping cart encrypts your information by the padlock icon that appears in the lower right corner of your browser. Your credit card numbers, personal information and order information are only decrypted after they reach our order processing computers. This information is not held in clear text on any website or server.
